AI is a key factor in the future growth plans of the Danish food company Uhrenholt

Working closely with Uhrenholt, Globeteam has helped define their AI strategy, identifying and implementing a number of business-oriented AI solutions. The goal was to make the company more data-driven and to strengthen decision-making power in key functions such as supply chain and sales. 

Globeteam has helped us find our way and they have walked it with us. They have been engaged with both management and employees and have ensured that we got off to a good start. They are very skilful, both business-wise and technically, and they will continue to be an important partner for us in the future.

Uhrenholt’s management team has agreed on their direction and priorities; they are working purposefully to uncover the potential of AI, and to expand its use into other parts of the organisation.

In collaboration with Globeteam, Uhrenholt has also developed its own AI solution, “Uhrenholt Chat”, which gives all employees access to a generative AI tool without the risk of sharing confidential data with the outside world. The solution is based on Microsoft Azure AI and is hosted in a secure and closed environment. 

The project shows how AI – when applied in a targeted manner – can act as a lever for both operational efficiency and growth. It is also an example of how Globeteam manages to bridge the gap between advanced technology and specific business needs and, not least, ensure competence building and organisational implementation throughout the organisation.
