You have a solid business understanding which you have acquired through education and many years of experience within digital transformation, business development and project management, from top management positions or as a management consultant.
Your wish is to return to your core competencies; namely to be an implementing consultant and create value for the client’s business as a trusted advisor.
You have at your disposal a wide range of methods within business development, digitalisation and change management in large organisations and complex IT programs. In this way, you can equip the client to make qualified decisions on the best possible strategy and model to support the organisation’s projects and future skills needs.
You will be able to take on the roles of strategic advisor, project manager, operational implementation consultant and sparring partner for the management as well as for employees. You must have the tools to communicate with both employees and executive management, acting as the bridge between technical and business-related use of IT in the organisation, both in private and public companies.
In short, if you want to use your professional core competencies to create value for the client’s business, if you thrive in the field of tension between specialists and management and if you feel a sense of pride when the client is happy then you will fit right in.
